1. Who we are

iBere operates the online shop at ibere.md, importing and reselling beer brewed by Pivovar Nymburk (Postřižinské pivo), Pražská 581/22, 288 02 Nymburk, Czech Republic. Our warehouse is at str. Columna 104, MD-2012 Chișinău, Moldova.

2. Age restriction

You must be 18 or older to order from this site. Age is verified on delivery against photo ID. If ID cannot be produced, the courier will not hand over the order and the delivery fee may be retained.

3. Orders and prices

All prices are shown in Moldovan lei and include VAT. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm dispatch. If a beer sells out between your order and dispatch, we will contact you to substitute or refund that line.

4. Payment

Payment is currently taken on delivery, in cash or by card to the courier. Online card payment will be added to ibere.md in due course and these terms will be updated when it is.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates in working days. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See shipping & returns for rates and timescales.

6. Returns and refunds

Unopened goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Damaged or defective goods are replaced or refunded in full, including delivery.

7. Responsible consumption

Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to health. We do not sell to intoxicated persons and we support the voluntary code of the Initiative of Responsible Brewers observed by our supplier.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova, and the courts of Chișinău have exclusive jurisdiction.
