What we collect

To deliver an order we need your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. That's it. We do not ask for date of birth, ID numbers, or payment card details — age is checked in person and payment is taken by the courier.

Why we keep it

• Fulfilling your order — passing the address and phone number to the courier.
• Order confirmation — one email per order, to the address you gave us.
• Accounting — order records are kept as long as Moldovan tax law requires.
• Newsletter — only if you asked for it, and only until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

ibere.md sets an essential cookie holding your session — this is what remembers the contents of your cart between pages — and one recording your chosen language. We run no advertising or third-party analytics trackers.

Who we share it with

Only the courier delivering your order, and only the details they need to find you. We do not sell or rent customer data to anybody, for any purpose.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold on you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it where we're not required by law to keep it. Write to noroc@ibere.md and we'll respond within 30 days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Order data lives on servers within the EU and is accessible only to iBere staff who need it to pack and dispatch your beer.
